Choose IEE's Daystar™ Nova Liquid Crystal Displays for demanding applications that require direct sunlight readability, wide operating temperature range or extremely low power consumption. The displays feature extra-large characters for outstanding legibility and are perfectly suited for outdoor applications. The dot matrix font allows for well-formed upper and lower-case letters and special symbols.
Engineered for high reliability, Daystar Nova modules feature an extra-wide operating temperature range, wide viewing angle and high contrast. A built-in temperature compensation circuit is a unique IEE standard feature. Many modules utilize super bi-refringent effect technology that provides high contrast at very wide viewing angles.
