CD5FC101JO3F產(chǎn)品概述

These High Q, Low ESR miniature and standard size capacitors make excellent choices for RF applications. Available in a wide range of capacitances and voltages. Units are marked with Manufacturers name or symbol, nominal capacitance in pF and percent tolerance, and DC working voltage. Miniature units (CD6 and CD7) are marked with capacitance in pF and tolerance letter designation.

  • Tolerance: ±1⁄2 pF (D), ±1 pF (C), ±1⁄2% (E), ±1% (F), ±2% (G), ±5% (J)
  • Operating Temperature: –55°C to 125°C (O); –55°C to +150°C (P)*
  • Leads: Straight or Crimped (Copper-Clad Steel)
    *P temperature range available for CD10/15/19/30 and 42

    Very High Q and low ESR make these an ideal choice for RF applications. CDE miniature dipped silvered mica capacitors fit those tight spots in modules and high-density electronics. In low- and moderate-humidity applications, these small sizes deliver the same stability and rugged performance as the standard size units.
